Some groovy stuff‚ hunh? How about some questions? Why is it that our culture is so repressed about just about everything? I guess‚ I’m especially talking about sex¸ And not just repressed either‚ but the values that we seem to put on sex is really disturbing to me¸ It seems that we (a collective society) place a lot of emotional value on sex¸ When I really think about it‚ a lasting relationship has nothing to do with sex¸ Now‚ I will admit that I want my lasting relationship to include sex‚ but it shouldn’t be based on it¸ As I talk to folks about this‚ it seems to me that we‚ as a culture‚ are constantly mistaking lust for love¸ Could this have anything to do with the state of the world today? I’m not really sure how many people take time and think about what sex (or anything for that matter) really means to them¸ And I mean what it means to me‚ regaurdless of what anyone else says or thinks¸ You know‚ make up my own mind¸ This is all connected to an idea called personal responcibility¸ Well‚ I should stop now or I never will¸ Thanks for the opportunity to get on the soap­box for a while¸ I look forward to seeing what you have to offer¸
