I think our elected officials should do more to encourage the maintaining of family values¸ My wife is a "stay at home" mommy who raises our children¸ At least until they are in school¸ I feel the government should enable more families to take this approach to impart family values in a home setting¸ We know what our children are learning and who they are learning it from¸ If the government would recognize the raising of children as legitimate occupation and requirement of parenthood‚ maybe more children would grow up with a better chance¸ To this end‚ the goverment should provide assistance or relief to help families to attain this goal¸
