I have a huge beef with the portion of the population that refers to the internet in a negative way¸ I personally feel that the internet is the best‚ most informative form of media that has come from technology¸ The television won’t give you the same results¸ On the net‚ you are forced to use your brain to get what you are looking for‚ not just surf through the channels and stop on the first thing that catches your eye¸ The internet stimulates the thought process and keeps you wanting to expand your mind¸ There is so much to offer on the internet‚ if only the conservative minded would get over the whole "xxx hang­up¸" Sure‚ there’s porn on the Net¸ And your child may find it¸ But if you were with your child more often‚ if you showed mre responsibility for your child‚ he/she wouldn’t be exposed to a portion of the internet that some of us would like to keep¸ There is software out there to shield young‚ innocent eyes from adult material and I feel that if you are worried about what you child see’s on the Net then supervise the experience or just don’t use the internet¸ *****’you’ does not refer to ’you’¸¸¸ya know?*****
