I understand the need to reduce traffic and bandwidth hits very well as I am a
CNE4 of Novell and must deal with massive Internet traffic crossing my WAN
and LANs constantly¸ Some Smart Ass guru manages to access my
communications server because I have to have it visible in my tree due to
some smart ass executive whose afraid Im going to hide something important to him
on my network! But I digress already; some of the precautions other websites are
putting in effect to reduce their hits are really ignorant and are causing more problems
then they are worth¸ If you cant afford the bandwidth get the hell off the
Net as far as Im concerned¸ If Joe Blow wants to put adult pictures on his homepage
then he better be prepared for all us freaks to hit his homepage!
