The issue of pornography on the internet is the greatest test that the First Ammendment faces for the next century¸ While both conservative and free speach advocates have their good points‚ I wonder if eventually this issue will be treated like cable television¸ In other words‚ if the parents allow access to the internet in their home‚ they must also be prepared to accept the responsibility of monitoring their children’s access¸ The Supreme Court will hear arguments on the matter soon‚ as they have agreed to hear the matter¸ However‚ if the high court decides against the First Ammendment folks‚ I wonder how the heck the Court expects the Executive branch to enforce such case law over a worldwide information superhighway¸
