I really like the way you go about checking us out¸ Dare I say "neat!"
I got into your site about an hour and a half ago¸ Didnt really take me
that long to get this far but as usual I got interrupted¸ See Ive been doing some smoking (different kinds of meat in my electric smoker at least thats what the story is about this time) and I had started a 6 1/2 lb¸ pork loin¸ I just got a "Cajun Injector Kit" to shoot up the different cuts of meat¸ The kit came with two kinds of marinade¸ Both Cajun of course¸ So I shot up the loin with the marinade sprinkled some more dry seasonings on and stuck it in the smoker about 9 this morning¸ I started doing a little "surfing" and just like always where the hell did all the time go? So in the middle of reading the other comments I had to go get my meat out of the smoker¸ You do have some leeway on the time but having the munchies anyway was anxious to try my new recipe¸ I used some apple wood this time you know apples and pork and it sure smelled delicious¸ My God!! It was the best I had ever done ! If youre still into meat I highly recomend trying this method¸ Anyway thats why it took me and hour and a half to get this far¸ Now I feel fat & sassy and ready for some fotos¸ How bout it?thanks ronnie
