I would like to complain about the service on america online. A couple of the stupid things they do are: They always seem to have an ad up on the screen at one time or another. As soon as I enter america online‚ I get this ad up in my face trying to sell some software of hard ware!! If I want to buy this stuff‚ I’ll go to a store‚ not america online. Whenever I send e­mail or receive e­mail‚ they have ads up and are still trying to send stuff. That just pisses me off. They also have poor service. For example‚ I’m trying to send some e­mail to a friend of mine ( whom I need to get into contact with right away)‚ and the e­mail department is down!! What the heck is that? Prodigy never does anything like that. All of their systems always work. I think another switch is in order. Thanks for your time.
