The day I got held up. I was an assistant manager of a pizza restaurant. It was 5 minutes before close. I just had an order for pizza called in 15 min before close. The customer comes in and i pull his pizza from the rack and placed it on the counter. The customer\robber pulls out a gun and pulls the slide on the weopon. He says he doesn’t want any trouble and wants the money from the cash register. I comply just like the training films say to do. I get the money and put into a sack and hand it to him. The robber is supposed to leave at that time according to the training films. I guess he did not see the those films‚ he gets behind the counter and demands that I open the safe. I did not have the key to open the safe. The robber did not believe me and points the gun at my head. I get him to point the gun away from my head. At that point‚I jump over the counter and run out at door. I run to a nearby supermarket and call the police. I later find out he robbed another pizza place in our company and was able to get into their safe on a previous occasion.
